I do love Krzysztof Komeda's score for Knife in the Water, though. Does this count?

Quantum Trio - Duality. My favorite jazz album of 2017. I can hear some Coltrane, Kamasi Washington and Ambrose Akinmusire on their sound (among others).

That is awesome. Really enjoying it so far. The opening track was good but "Eigenstates" and "Entropy" really grabbed me.

I posted about this elsewhere but Fabian Almazan's Alcanza and Linda May Han Oh's Walk Against Wind have been two of my favorite albums this year. Just incredible
