Interesting until you get to the part where this has nothing to do with the Marvel Spider-Man movies and Holland isn't going to be a part of this "universe" at all.
I hope they change their minds. But hey, it's gotta be better than Topher Grace, right?

I meant change their minds about two Spider-Man universes, not Tom Hardy. He's going to be awesome, Brock's supposed to be a meathead and Tom Hardy definitely does meathead.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:tom hardy topher grace what's the difference?bune wrote:Interesting until you get to the part where this has nothing to do with the Marvel Spider-Man movies and Holland isn't going to be a part of this "universe" at all.

No, his middle name is Tom but he doesn't like to be called Carl. When he was younger people called him Hot Carl.

Himalayan-Set, Indian “Rambo” Remake Revealed
Several years ago, Original Entertainment closed a five-picture deal with Millennium Films for Bollywood remakes of several of their properties – “Rambo,” “The Expendables,” cop drama “Brooklyn’s Finest,” Bruce Willis thriller “16 Blocks” and the widely panned Al Pacino vehicle “88 Minutes”.
Now, the first of those projects is moving forward. Announced at the Cannes Film Market with the poster art below, Indian actor and martial arts expert Tiger Shroff will lead the Indian remake of the “Rambo” franchise which appears to shift the action to Kashmir.
The story follows the last surviving member of an elite covert unit of the Indian Armed forces who returns home to discover a war waging in his own land. Forced into the dangerous jungles and frozen mountains of the Himalayas, he unleashes mayhem and destruction, becoming the unstoppable machine he was trained to be.
Siddharth Anand is directing the project which will begin shooting in February next year. Stallone recently gave his support to the project with comments on social media.

Unfortunately, the movie theater-going experience feels increasingly like a vintage thrill from a bygone era. There are a number of complicated factors to blame, but contrary to the accusations thrown by jeering film critics, booing audiences, and jury members at the Cannes Film Festival this week, Netflix is not the main culprit. Movie studios and theater chains are dealing in self-sabotage, going all in on iffy jackpots while their chips slowly dwindle.
Cannes announced this week that starting next year, it would no longer consider Netflix movies for exhibition. The ruling is ostensibly due to the fact that Netflix movies are available on the streaming service at the same time as they hit theaters; French law requires a three-year window between the two to help finance local art. But audiences there weren’t booing over tax issues; it’s a matter of elitism. Netflix has two movies at Cannes this year, and audience members booed at the premiere of Okja, the new film from South Korean master Bong Joon-ho. It wasn’t the film’s quality — it got glowing reviews — but merely the fact that it’ll be available on Netflix right away.
