Yeah he's just like Bay. Tons of flag and military mastrabation.

I think I'm just gonna steer clear of his whole conversation.

I'm just a huge David Lynch fan. But up until this year, Mulholland Drive was his only film that I'd seen on the big screen. This last month has been a long Christmas Eve leading up to tomorrow night! It's so exciting!

I loved this. Perfect mix of creepy and silly. Jordan Peele's directing is a little basic, but I think that could become an asset over time. The repeated image of the main guy falling into "the void" is sort of elementary in its execution (just a static wide shot), but the colors and depth of field are great. There was nothing remotely subtle about this movie, but I don't necessarily want to see Jorden Peele grow into subtlety. I feel like if he can become even more bold -- swing for the fences with strong one-dimensional characters and bold imagery -- he could be like a cross between Spike Lee and Ridley Scott.
That's like half of why I'm so excited for Lovecraft Country.

This was such a genuine pleasure. A real not to see this on a big screen with a full house of weirdos.

Rouge One - Kinda dumb in parts, but far more enjoyable than Force Awakens and goddamn the visual effects were amazing.

I kinda want to watch King Arthur. It looks terrible, yet the closest thing to an original flick that's out. I don't think I can sit through another Alien or Marvel movie right now.

I'll just watch some Netflix.

It was fine, but immensely forgettable. I had forgotten I had just been to the movies by the time I got to the parking lot

I kinda liked it except for the reluctant hero bullshit. Just kill the bad guys you moron.

No one told me it had Death Dealer in it! That was bad ass.
