Yesterday I took the afternoon off work to attend the funeral/memorial service of my cousin's 24 year old son who passed away a week ago after a 4 year battle with sarcoma.

When you see a life so young ended it really takes you to places in your mind to consider yourself, your life, what you are doing with it, and how you are living it. Are you loving? And are you loved?

Judging by yesterday he was certainly incredibly loved and supported and really packed a full life into his short 24 years. His younger brother spoke at the service and I was reminded of this song:
