They are drafting Fultz. Lonzo would be unhappy and it's not clear he's better.

They have had zero competition thus far. Playing a real team like the Cavs COULD look a little different. We'll see.
I wouldn't be shocked if the Cavs won again, just saying.

Nor would I. Their defense has to be much better however.

This is pretty reasonable. Disregard the 13 game playoff winning streak that immediately preceded that abomination. This, probably meaningless, game is definitely much more representative of his entire career than everything else he's ever done.
Seriously. If anything I would point to the Finals against Dallas.
I live in Australia and don't get to watch a ton of NBA games. Game 3 Celtics vs Cavs was one of the very very few games that I've sat with my son and watched together. That's why I made my comment - I can say "remember that game??".

I should know better than to come into the NBA thread with my amateur level of knowledge.

Seems like the scouts are high on Fultz and the ex-players and TV commentators are high on Ball. Skip Bayless loves Ball so Fultz should probably be the pick.

Hawks hired the warriors assistant gm for their gm opening. Expect them to now have a perfect storm of a roster materialize out of thin air because that's how this works. Just ask Luke Walton and the 2018 NBA champion LA Lakers. And all the shitty failures from the Popavich coaching tree...

I'm sad they didn't get to sweep Horford out of the playoffs for the third straight year.

I hardly watched any college hoops this year and missed the UCLA / UW game in Seattle.

But seeing some highlights now and Lonzo looks legit. Despite his ugly jump shot. I can't think of any interview of his I've seen that stands out to where you'd call him a dick (or not). Maybe we'll never know as long as LaVar is around.

This is true.

And to Higgs I would say, if you watch the Finals this year you'll probably get a couple more chances to say "remember that game." to use against LeBron.
