I do believe that, after today's ruling, the travel ban is effectively dead.

Far Side, Bloom County et al, and Calvin & Hobbes were the holy trinity of comic strips that our entire family would read every day. Nowadays the comic section is a flaming bag of shit.

Dilbert started off interesting but I felt it jumped the shark quickly. Looks like Get Fuzzy started right when I arrived to college, which is about the same time I gave up on the comic section in general.

You read one written by an insane person and the other is by a guy who has such a problem hitting deadlines that I'm surprised they even let him continue publishing. I gave up on Dilbert during this election cycle - I won't be party to that and give him any clicks at all - and Get Fuzzy was on repeats for far too long.

Frazz is pretty good, if a little preachy at times. Non Sequitor has it's moments.

I read stuff from what we still call newspapers all the time on the internet, but I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've held a physical newspaper since leaving college.

unfortunately, the intelligence level of writing in the local papers are about on par with the portion of the country that elected trump. I can't see much point in reading them.

Depends on the paper and what they're writing about. Some things they're terrible about, but other things they can be quite good at. I think they're miles better than local TV news.
