Slab. It was leftover ribeye and strip steak. Steak and eggs is quite common over here. You could also do country fried steak for breakfast. I once had breakfast at a place that offered country fried ribeye for breakfast. Best steak for breakfast I ever had.

What's your typical bowl of oatmeal look like?
i don't care for fruit or much else in it, so it's very basic...usually just salt and brown sugar
