Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I'm totally on board with the concept, but I don't see it taking off. Universal has tried this like three times already.

I would say because they are not making horror movies. All those movies, including this new Mummy are action adventures movies...and pretty lousy ones it seems.

I loved Dracula Untold, and a Cruise-lead Mummy adventure sounds great in theory. But I just don't think these properties generate much interest among modern audience.

It was the initial launch attempt, but I think they may have started over.

Nobody cares about these monsters anymore. Universal just doesn't get it.
