There is a local brewery here in Carrboro, NC that makes a pickle gose. I was ready for it to be terrible. Turns out, it was pretty awesome.

The asian market near me sells Modern Times 4 packs that are 4 months past their brew date for $4. They are normally $12 for a 4 pack here. Blazing World has become my go-to beer.
