The shitty part is that I was actually at a show where it was played (Alpine 98), but I had to leave mid-set because my g-friend at the time got sick. She was the worst.

Me to, except my first was in Grenville, SC 1998. Second in Mansfield and I got to hear them soundcheck at the Gorge.

I cannot believe you guys just watched/listened to the soundcheck. That is awesome. :bammer:

I can't believe B posted a link to the wrigley cam on TSIS's facebook page. Pearl Jam fans are going to F5 the shit out of the site and ruin it for everyone.

still trying to think positive...

Friday
HIGH/LOW
97°/72° HEAT ADVISORY continues through 7pm Friday evening.
A severe weather risk exists from late afternoon into through the late evening hours of Friday night. The week's fifth consecutive hot, humid day threatens to generate -- or at least equal -- the some of the area's hottest temp and heat readings we've seen to date. Peak heat indices surge to near 105-degrees -- even a bit higher in the most humid areas close to or in crop producing areas where humidities are highest. Strengthening southwest winds 12 to 26 mph develop with gusts to or just above 30 mph ahead of the potentially heavy storms. Sunshine mixes with building cottony afternoon cumulus clouds. Clusters of active thunderstorms may produce powerful wind gusts, hail and downpours which could begin affecting sections of the Chicago area as early as mid and late afternoon and extend into the first portion of Friday night. Summer rainfall rarely falls uniformly -- and the situation later today into tonight isn't likely to be much different. But early indications are that as much as 50 to 70% of the metro area is in for rainfall later Friday into the first half of Friday night in association with these storms. Storms settle south, exiting all but the southern suburbs later tonight.

i would assume if it rains it will go on. If there is high winds or lightining no way they can play.

Yeah.
so then do they wait it out and go on way late or just cancel it all together

by the way, im not trying to give the folks that will be there something to worry about, im just curious how they would handle things if bad weather does happen
