Re: Star Wars: Rebels
Just in case you guys missed it, Filoni confirmed once and for all that Ahsoka is NOT the wolf.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
It would be so lazy and unwelcome to bring that notion into Star Wars all of a sudden.
Also it means we hopefully will get a fitting resolution for Ahsoka.

Honestly, as much as I like Ahsoka, if they just find another way to kill her off or send her away to never be seen again, I almost wish they would have let her die at the hands of Vader in Rebels. It really would have been a great ending to have her die as a hero (saving Ezra) at the hands of her former master proving how evil he had truly become.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
I agree. IF she's coming back just for a minute to die again, it's pointless. If they bring her back they need to use her going forward.@SkitchP wrote:dimejinky99 wrote:It would be so lazy and unwelcome to bring that notion into Star Wars all of a sudden.

Hands are tied though. It's a kids show.
That ending with her walking into the light was so ambiguous and non specific. They literally can't kill her now. There would be outrage. At the same time they can't have her just walk off and disappear. Worse outrage.
I'm guessing they aren't done with her and we'll see her either put forward in her own series or even in TLJ or 9.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
We all know my opinion on Ahsoka at this point. I'm all in. I think she's probably the best Star Wars character out there. If they can find a way to retcon her back into the main saga and/or give her a stand alone film or series, I'll all in. I want all the Ahsoka.

'There is another'
It would take some serious gymnastics to make that mean her.. but it could work.
Would the fan base buy it though? Meaning the broader fan base and casual cinem goer?

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
I think they could have bought into that before Carrie died. Now? I don't know. It's tricky. I, for one, LOVE it. But I could totally understand most of the general audience being put off by that.dimejinky99 wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:We all know my opinion on Ahsoka at this point. I'm all in. Re: Star Wars: Rebels
This thread is pissing me off.
I keep getting stressed out because all of these ideas keep seeping into this and I am just not hardcore enough into Rebels to know all of these intricate details and rumors.

Made worse by them being so intentionally vague about her.
Kanan and Ezra simply have to die this next and last season.
Ahsoka though? Getting her own series I'm betting.

I'm sure Kanan won't survive, but I'm not sold on the fact that Ezra has to die.dimejinky99 wrote:Made worse by them being so intentionally vague about her.

Even if we never see him again, I like to think that the galaxy is so big that there are anonymous/unknown/exiled Jedi out there.

At this point, I'm on the side of really wanting him to be Snoke.E.H. Ruddock wrote:I'm sure Kanan won't survive, but I'm not sold on the fact that Ezra has to die.dimejinky99 wrote:Made worse by them being so intentionally vague about her.

Is Ezra Snoke? Y or N?wease wrote:At this point, I'm on the side of really wanting him to be Snoke.E.H. Ruddock wrote:I'm sure Kanan won't survive, but I'm not sold on the fact that Ezra has to die.dimejinky99 wrote:Made worse by them being so intentionally vague about her.

If we do the math based on numerical values of the names and the alphabet:
E-5
Z-26
R-18
A-1
S-19
N-14
O-15
K-11
E-5
We then total them up: 64 for Snoke, 50 for Ezra. We subtract Ezra from Snoke to get a result of 14. What is the 14th letter of the alphabet?
N
So no, Snoke is not Ezra.
