As we've all disgusted before, my level of excitement for this is fairly low. I love some of the casting choices so far, though. But one sure fire way to drop my slowly building excitement down to zero would be to including fucking Hondo in this thing.

6 months into production and 2 weeks filming left.

What manner of creative difference could it have been except a catastrophic one?

Problem obviously is Kennedy was unhappy with everything they got. And after that much time and only 3 weeks left to film they won't be able to edit and reshoot to knock this into shape.

This will either get dropped totally or they'll start over.

I'd say KK already had a director and new editor lined up to take over before she fired them too.

Can't leave a 200 million dollar production with hundreds of crew just hanging around in Spain until she finds a new director.
