I have a feeling it will be even more rushed and fan servicey. I'm sure it will be a spectacle.cutuphalfdead wrote:this season is going to infuriate me, I know it

If they can frame the season like the trailer, I'll be happy with it. Basically, only a small group of people actually care about the real threat (White Walkers) while everyone else is fighting over control of Westeros. The ships outside of King's Landing got my interest.

Trailer was awesome though. Definitely a huge spectacle now. I'm ready.

I'm old and behind on these things. Has Game of Thrones hit the tipping point yet where the cool people start lashing out at it because it's too popular, or has that already happened? I still thoroughly enjoy this show, for the record.

I'm sure there are the hipster types lashing out, but I'm enjoying this show more than ever. The popularity is through the roof yet the quality remains incredibly high. I think season 6 was quite possibly the best one yet (especially the last 2 EPIC-sodes), so I can't f'ing wait till 16 Jul. Just my opinion of courseMitchCumstein wrote:I'm old and behind on these things. It is probably the one of the only scripted show where millions of people watch it the night it airs.
