I kinda loved it. With 13 Hours and this, Bay is really approaching an avant-garde style. He has almost transcended storytelling (which I wish he just embrace and stop wasting time on all this dumb plot exposition). It is just so beautifully filmed. Every shot is composed so impeccably. What an eye he has. At this point in their careers, I think Bay, Michael Mann, and Jean-Luc Godard are all of an ilk.

Now go watch the final scene of the Jim Jeffries show. It might be Brad Pitt's best performance of anything ever.

I enjoyed the first one despite it having nothing to do with the book - and I'm excited with Fincher being involved

Now if they'd only confirm that they're working on Fight Club 2 together.....

From what I've read, Fincher's keen - Pitt's keen, but Norton is the one not sure. Haven't read the book yet, but I ordered the graphic novel last week, so hopefully it'll show up in a day or two
