Any way you look at, its kinda pseudo science that's hard to measure and evaluate. I think even peeps in the vitamin/eastern medicine field would agree with that.

The only real problem I have with them is when they are used to treat serious illness, which happens way more than it should.
Dude, you did nothing wrong. Strat is threatened by you because you are a baller.

I think might start taking a multivitamin. I'm afraid that I might be mildly anemic (I don't eat meat and I'm kind of a sleepy dude). Worst case scenario: my pee is a little more expensive.

Coincidentally, I'm eating a big bowl of Swiss chard and spinach right now. I don't know that I'm anemic. I haven't been to a general practitioner in about nine years.

Ah, you missed the part where I was joking about the discussion/argument that took place yesterday. I'm a runner myself, and believe your knees are fine as long as you look after your body, wear suitable shoes, and have a reasonably good running technique. :)

Suitable shoes?

That better not mean some ridiculously overstuffed "motion control" shoes or, worse yet, fucking Hokas.

I work with a lady who has Hokas. I openly mock her.

Shoes that fit, feel comfortable, and don't cause pain, blistering, or adversely affect the runner.

There are many different viewpoints on whether max, medium or now cushioning and/or control is best. If it feels good, then in most cases that's fine.

I wear decent quality neutral shoes, nothing fancy (Mizuno - Wave Rider).

What the fuck is a Hoka?

I run in Mizuno Ekidens (my training shoe) and Boston Boosts (road race shoes). Thinking about switching to the Adios Boost for road races.

I'm glad we have another running thread now.

I suggest we commandeer a Star Wars thread next.

Same. I'll make sure this one stays here in GD. (I'm glad you're back r2d).

I've given the thread a WiP name. Let me know suggestions if you want it changed/adjusted.
