That's so much stuff! The smoothie I've settled into making is just:
Water or black tea
Banana
Frozen blueberries
Flaxseed
Chia seed
Spinach

That boarders on dangerously high, Start.

That's not a regular thing for you, right?

Its my resting heart rate.

It was during my last sprint of my bike workout yesterday. It might not be completely accurate as i just counted the beats for 10 seconds and multiplied.

General formula is 220 - your age = max heart rate.

If it gets that high on a regular basis, you should really get checked out.

Not on a regular basis. Just when i cranked out a 25 minute bike sprint workout but its not at that level for the entire workout. Physically i didnt feel as though i was really pushing myself (no chest pains, legs felt good, etc...)

Just watch it, dude.

I know I'm just some random know-it-all on the internet. But a heart rate of ~200 would have me concerned, particularly since your heart and lungs are already taxed just from living at altitude.

If i had a consistent heart rate at that level I would be very concerned but im confident that isn't happening. I was a little startled it may have gotten that high though so now i know im going too hard. Im probably losing any benefits of the workout at that point anyway.
