Yknow. I tried to pick a 'worst' song. I dunno if I can. Happy when I'm crying would fit a whole lot better than push me pull me though

Well I'm gonna take Pilate off. Or mfc.

Yield can survive without either of those and have them replaced I think.

Yield doesn't need a damned thing changed about it.

We've an endless fondness and love for these records. Their little flaws make up as much as the great moments.

Weird the way there is none of that fondness for self titled onwards.

Be cool to be born around now and discover this back catalogue of records and have none of our teenage attachment to them.

Or not. Actually Fuck that idea.

That was me. I never heard Pearl Jam at all until 2007 in Guitar Hero 3 when Even Flow was in. I was 15. Then I learned Black, Alive, Jeremy from the FM rock radio.

Didn't listen to Ten in full until college in like 2012 or something.

Had never heard Elderly Woman, Daughter, etc when I listened for the first time to Vs. in that same year

Wow. That's a weird way to come into it all. Fair play.

I got into Pearl Jam partially because of Life Wasted on one of the GH games.

Discuss.

I love, love, love Off He Goes. One of the band's very best - Jack's drums on that song, Ed's voice, the way the guitars sound... :nice:

Yeah life wasted was in GH2 on the Xbox 360, though I didn't have the Xbox version so I didn't have that one.

It was so weird when backspacer was DLC for Rock Band. Until then , like I said I only knew the songs that I heard on classic rock radio which were just hits from Ten (Alive, Black, Jeremy, Even Flow). So when a full album came out for RB I was curious. I listened to Backspacer and I was like O___O WTF band is this this is not Pearl Jam.

But I grew more of an appreciation later.

That might be the best song run in any Pearl Jam album for me

Yield is perfect. No changes.

Least favorite track is In Hiding though.
