Every once in a while. For the most part, I have stopped even trying to watch movies I expect to hate.

It does look like a movie for millennials, aka complete garbage, though.

Quentin Tarantino is reportedly putting the final touches on the script for a film based on the murders orchestrated by cult leader Charles Manson in 1969, as first reported by THR. Tarantino is expected to direct the as-of-yet-untitled project.

While there is not any official word on the film as of yet, it has been rumored that Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence and Margot Robbie have been approached about roles. Robbie specifically is said to be in talks to play Sharon Tate, actress and wife of director Roman Polanski, who was a victim of the murders, as per Deadline. Plans to shoot are set for 2018.

This would mark the auteur’s first film based on true events, which could be an interesting dynamic considering the nature of the typical Tarantino movie. Still, the infamous cult crime seems fitting source material for the director’s penultimate film before he drops the mic.

Yeah, then it will all be ruined by that 60's loud weird rock music he likes to use. And this takes place in that period of influence so it will be even more prevalent. I expect he'll use "Chick Habit" again for this one.

Whatever. He should just stop making movies if all he's going to do is make light of human suffering without any sort of subtlety or ethic nuance. A film school, or a preservation society, or some other use of his knowledge, would be preferable to him making the same movie over and over again.
Well lucky for us, he only has two more left.

And then they get turned into TV shows that don't get made.

Which pisses me off because he's working on that Buckaroo Banzai show and I was wanting it to be good.
