I don't think the wolf metaphor extends to Frey women. She'll be fine on that point.

Yeah, that was lame. I thought the Jon/Sansa stuff was well done although the dialogue after the meeting was a bit clunky.cutuphalfdead wrote:I think I'm just sick of Lyanna Mormont showing everyone up.Monkey_Driven wrote:What about it?cutuphalfdead wrote:The Winterfell shit is going to drive me insane.

I also have some serious book snobbery complaints when it comes to Sansa becoming like Cersei, even if she's using her powers for good.

the more you remind yourself that the show is simply based on the books and not actually the books, the more you'll enjoy it.cutuphalfdead wrote:My dirty little secret is I do enjoy the show.E.H. Changing shit is fine if it makes sense. Too many of the changes just make no fucking sense.Chris_H_2 wrote:the more you remind yourself that the show is simply based on the books and not actually the books, the more you'll enjoy it.cutuphalfdead wrote:My dirty little secret is I do enjoy the show.E.H. What a fucking great start to the new season. Excellent episode.
And for the record... a handful of pages back, when I said I wanted to talk about exactly what I wanted/hoped for Arya moving forward...

It was obvious but I quite enjoyed the Frey murder. It was satisfying, and I've always enjoyed watching actors playing someone playing someone else.
