Jeff Green is irrelevant and getting the minimum. The Cavs not getting PG or Butler is where this offseason failed.

I read an article a couple days ago that suggested that at the last minute the Pacers decided not to trade PG to a team in the East, which basically means they had their first chance to beat LeBron in a decade and they took it.

I don't understand why everyone is so upset over George. He is an overrated pussy who just wants to be a Laker no matter what, even if they were a team of 11 Oliver Millers. That mindset is such a red flag to me.

I think he'd dramatically improve the Cavs chances to beat the Warriors. Especially if they were able to keep Love, like I think they would have. The Warriors would be the favorites, but like 60-40 instead of 90-10 like this year.

Rose will be way more of a difference maker off the bench than fucking deron Williams was. He shot 47 percent last year. If he is mostly healthy like he was last year and playing 20 minutes per game he can be effective in a bench role by taking it in for layups.

He would be an excellent 2nd option on a team. Problem is, he thinks he's a number one.

What are the chances Rose is even suiting up for games when June rolls around?

If he plays a bench role like he obviously would be in Cleveland I would give it 75% odds. He played 64 games last year. Probably more than that injury prone gangly ass bitch KD did.

ESPN reports a bidding war between the Cavs and Lakers for Derrick Rose.

L-O-L.

I mean it isn't really a bidding war if the Cavs are offering the only contract they can offer: $2.1m. But still.

It's either more money or ending your season in April (which with Rose might happen anyway).

The worst part about Jeff Green is he's taking up a roster spot that could be used on a big man. Right now this team isn't very deep on the front line. If Tristan goes down they're fucked.

And it's Jeff Green. Ugh. :shake:

I'm not sure why people still feel the need to mock Rose and ridicule any team willing to pay him couch cushion money to see what he has off the bench. Otto Porter is making 103 million. You tell me which is more ridiculous.

I don't blame a team for wanting him to give him a shot as a bench player. I'm criticizing the Cavs for all their offseason moves.

Give their very capable GM a new contract, not sign Jeff Green, not sign Kyle Korver to a three year deal, and maybe sign a decent backup big. I know their financial situation doesn't give them much flexibility, but letting Griffin walk was the start of a bad summer.

It doesn't matter what they do. Deep down everyone knows it. Even LeBron.

Next year's Lakers starting 5:

Westbrook
Ball
LeBron
George
Zydrunus Ilgauskus

I hope this report of Rose back to the Bulls is true. He would be an excellent tank commander. Come home, Derrick.

They don't have any, actually. Dunn I guess but he sucks. Payne and Grant aren't NBA players.

Steve Curry is going to make about 423k per game this upcoming season. The warriors are also charging fans 15k for the right to apply for purchase of season tickets at their stupid new arena. What a joke it's all becoming.

So Kyrie wants to be traded. Good grief.
