For me this album was a great exercise in why listening to music on YouTube is a bad idea. When I played this album on the computer one track at a time it struck me as a total snore, but this week I finally sat down with the CD and listened undistracted on my headphones, and I was blown away. This is probably one of Nick's 2-3 best albums.

Well I completely disagree with it being possibly his 2nd best record, however it gets better with additional listens in a full album format. And live the renditions were really amazing. Jubilee Street blew me away live. It was the highlight of the show.Kevin Davis wrote:For me this album was a great exercise in why listening to music on YouTube is a bad idea. There's been some good albums released this year but this is still top-of-the-pile for me. Great listen, start to end.

That siren-like wail behind "We No Who U R" is just gut-wrenching.
