So the misunderstanding seems to be that dime thinks only LV is shitting on the Snoke being Palpatine is a bad idea. Dime, I strongly agree with LV and literally everyone else in here that it is a horrible idea. But then you said "who said I think it is a good idea?" which implies you think it is also a bad idea. Can you clarify this for me?

I just wanna talk about Star Wars. Someone derailing the conversation all the time repeating ad nauseum why he thinks it's awful gets boring quick. It was boring a year ago. And still is.

Ruddo I didn't say it was a good or bad idea either way. I said it's a possibility.
Johnson etc have all said we're gonna be shocked. And I trust the ones making all this.
It wouldn't be done cheaply if it is being done. And it would be a way to reach back and go forward. We're fairly sure Anakin was created by Plageuis and or palpatine remember. And it opens the door for both Anakin and Obi Wan to still have a role in this trilogy either in presence on screen or informing backstory.

Done right it could be amazing.

He was though. We just don't know 100% who by. Sith dealt in dark arts such as these and the Plageuis story shows us he plays the longest game imaginable. Like working and laying plans and planning decades ahead of time.

I don't know if they'll ever explain it with regards Anakin in particular. But I think Plageuis and Palpatine are still on the table. We know they are based on the new canon books.
