We don't have one where I currently work.
At my old newspaper, the locker room was in the press area. It had a giant one-way window with a view of the press.
It was pretty badass.

Pilates tonight. I've done pretty good with a regular schedule with the weights lately but I feel flabby.

Re: The Work-Out Thread
Me and my better half went for a free trial at 9Round today (kickboxing.) I've been running off and on over the last few years, but it's been at least a decade since I've gone through a workout. We both enjoyed this even after wanting to puke afterwards. It felt a bit like high school gym with the added bonus of actually wanting to be there.
Way too expensive though. There's got to be a way to keep up this kickboxing groove going without breaking the bank.

Re: The Work-Out Thread
im a total stress eater. i know it and not much i can do about it.
for the past year - year and a half or so i put back on about 40lbs. still down a respectable 40 from where i was at when i started
thankfully the past month i have reigned shit in and gotten things under control and the past 4 weeks ive dropped 12 lbs and am at 236
hopefully the next few months go the same

Re: The Work-Out Thread
I went to the gym last night and got in a typical workout.
After sleeping in this morning I went to my mom's and it turned into a yard work day. Holy crap; that was my best unintentional, extended workout in months.

Re: The Work-Out Thread
I did 20 chin-ups yesterday, and 11 with 15kg (~33lb) extra weight.
I want to be a warm and friendly person
But I don't know how to do it
