Today is gonna be difficult.

Most of the artists who inspire me and my writing are women. I've always valued and responded to the feminine in ways that it's difficult for me to express.

However, there have been three major male influences. Men, who have affected my work almost more than anything else.

Harold Pinter was one. Albee was another. We lost the third today. My "holy trinity" is gone, moved on to whatever comes after all this...

RIP, Sam. Be well. You will forever be celebrated.
