Yeah, I'm always glad when I go. I like the way running, jogging and walking enables you to compete against yourself.
it kept me from going home and sleeping my evening away...which is probably what i'll do tonight :oops:

Memorable morning. About halfway through my run I felt a little prick on my head. Figured I got bitten by something or at worst stung by a bee. Within a half hour my whole body looked like this (not me, random Google pic):

i ran last night but the last month has been tough on me in regard to running. too hot and cant beat my injuries.
