I'm just not sure of which of their consoles it's going to be emulating. Anyone know yet?
I'm guessing it includes 2600, 5200 and 7800 games.

All 2600 games. Some were unreleased.

100% speculation. In the wake of the WalMart error, many fans posted their emails or chats from WalMart. Some the responses said they were made accidentally made available for purchase a week early. A different retailer said they would be available this week. Today is also exactly 2 months before release.

I'll be F5ing a lot today.

Beat Super Metroid. Starting up Metroid Prime again it is like I am transported to my happy place. What a masterpiece of a game.

Yeah that was a nice surprise. It's been a while since we got a AAA title in the freebies. Also that Assassins Creed Black Flag add-on that i never got around to at the time. Might give that a whirl too.

I snagged this one too. I've heard mixed reports about it, so kept putting off getting it even when it was on sale. Quite happy I waited now.

One thing has always annoyed me about the JC games is the distinct lack of official multiplayer. Both JC2 and this one have fan made MP mods on PC that have been quite successful. Seeing that it can be possible seems to tell me the developers are being lazy.

I have a feeling this is a dumb question but can you play the Assassins Creed add on without the original game?

i believe you can, yes. That one should be a stand alone, though it was originally released as DLC that required Black Flag to run.

I'm curious about that Black Flag DLC too. The story of the main game was completely forgettable but I'm intrigued by this.

It's criminal that Black Flag didn't have a better story/protagonist. That game is so pretty and so much fun, but the lack of a satisfying dramatic core undercuts its impact.
