we don't know yet. We know that Jon has dragon blood in him from inference and that should come into play otherwise its a useless narrative. I was more speaking towards Anders saying Jon is the "real heir" which isn't so black and white because for all we know, he is a bastard. A stark and a targaryean bastard, but still a bastard.

as in his parents were not married? I guess so, but if they were, would jon have more claim than dany? I guess i dont follow along in this thread as much as everyone else

Rhaegar is the first son, and heir to the mad king. When he died his children became next in line. It doesn't go to his siblings until all his children (and their children) are gone. So after his kids were smashed against the wall by Gregor Clegane, Viserys (Rhaegar's younger brother and Dany's older brother) became heir to the Iron Throne. When he died on the Dothraki Sea Dany becamse heir.

If Jon is a legitimate child of Rhaegar it was his turn before Viserys and Dany.
