Keto diets are a bad idea for runners. Fast-twitch muscles need carbs.

That's exactly what I was thinking when that guy was explaining it to me.

Me: So that's how you eat. Got it. What do you do for exercise on Keto?

Him: That's just the thing! I don't! I lost 20 pounds without anything but a change in diet.
