I always get Turnaround and Son of a Gun mixed up. Turnaround is better. Neither of these are anything special. I'll vote for God, even though there are 3-4 songs from Mellon Collie that are doing the same thing, and significantly better.

The sessions that yielded Son of A Gun and Molly's Lips are some of my favorite Nirvana recordings. Plus, they turned me on to The Vaselines which I still listen to today. I hope this song goes deep, but it won't.

After listening to both, easy vote for Son of a Gun. Maybe it's based on familiarity as I've known about Son of a Gun since it was released and I just listened to God for the first time. But like Stip said, God sounds a lot like other SP songs that accomplish the same goals much better.

I'm getting family input with this tourney, and I was overruled, bigly!

They both said SoaG was the worst Nirvana song they have ever heard

SoaG is far from Nirvana's worst.
