As much as I love Set the Ray to Jerry, we all agree over here that Layne's voice in All Alone is far superior... and we immediately knew it as soon as we heard it.

Team Staley for the win!

I'm going Jerry, though it's still second to my favorite song about a Jerry, Jerry Was a Race Car Driver.
Have we talked about Primus before? What's your favorite album/era? I fell off after Brown Album, but would like to start filling in the post-Brown era.

I don't think we have. I fucking love Primus and I've seen them live twice (once in 2010 and again in 2014 with Herb back), might go see them again this November if I have the money after buying Nas/Gojira/Between the Buried and Me/Cattle Decapitation tickets.

My favorites are the really old stuff like Frizzle Fry and Seas of Cheese, but their last actual album Green Naugahyde was pretty good. The Wonka Soundtrack cover album was interesting and appropriate enough for them to cover, and their new album The Desaturated Seven comes out in September. First with Les/Ler/Herb since Tales from the Punchbowl.

But yeah, Primus sucks, fucking love those dudes.
