I know that was posted months ago, but they cant even use Viper lol. At least I don't think so, Viper was in The Wolverine, which would imply shes part of Fox, unless shes another one of those merky shared characters like the Twins. but who knows I didn't even go read the article.

Yeah, Mark Miller said in an interview awhile ago theres actually quite a few that are in a weird grey area, and its gonna take lawyers to settle who gets to use what.
