This is a good show. It feels like NPR made a tv show.

I was excited to see how the Atlanta investigation would end in episode 10, then realized it was only 9 episodes when they had the epilogue text. Such a tragedy.

S2 was definitely a letdown after how consistently great S1 was. They really lost focus of what makes the show interesting, which is the inner lives of the characters and how they learn about that in uncomfortable ways by getting inside killers’ minds. S2 had lot of gimmicky TV plot lines that took up tons of time and went nowhere; as soon as Holden was introduced to those mothers I knew we were in trouble. Hoping for no more case investigation stuff in S3 (if it ever even happens).

Best case scenario (movies > TV always). I just hope they're a lot better than that weakass second season.
