Anyone know of good places in the area to grab some drinks beforehand?
Unfortunately, Wrigleyville has turned into something of a corporate amusement park in the last several years. You're probably better off going a little further if you want somewhere good.

That being said, Yak-zies is right there and has great wings.

I haven't been to the area since 2010. That sucks to hear.
go to Corridor on Southport. Some of the best hazy IPA/NEIPA's you'll ever have. and the food is good too.

it can get crowded though, so go early. we'll be there around 4.
I'm still working on my plans with the 8 people who are going to this thing but I might check out Corridor.

I would love for the band to double down on the Missoula poster "backlash" with some choice songs this weekend, but they won't. Don't want to upset the merchandise lines.

I strongly recommend people in Chicago check out the Shedd Aquarium, that place was pretty awesome.

Also the bar downtown (South Loop Club I think) had the greatest cheese and bacon curly fries I've ever had in my life and they were cheap as hell.

When these two were announced I was more excited about revisiting that cheeseburger than the concerts.
