It's OK... it happens to the best of us.

Reading this thread has made me realise that Star Wars films are like Pearl Jam albums. No matter what happens, they are guaranteed to have people complaining that they are too much and not enough like the originals. Schrodinger's field day.

I laugh at the 11th album rumours and speculation thread.
These same asshats will tear the album to pieces when it arrives.

Im not ashamed about anything. With all the lows this franchise might had, it still way up there.

If the technology is so great how come every time someone uses a scope or scanning or whatever, the reception is always so spotty? Watching the Mandalorian now. Perfect example. He can track someone’s footsteps with a heat sensor but it’s sketchy like watching an old VHS tape or something.

Luke could find R2 on his crappy little binoculars. In the dark at night.


A whole squadron of stormtroopers couldn’t find R2 and 3P0 in broad daylight. And they had tracks. And all the equipment and a star destroyer overhead. They at least could have sent a squad of TIE fighters over to sweep the desert (haha)
But no.

Luke is a Jedi though so you throw rules and logic out the window. That I can accept.

Luke was not a Jedi or even aware of them at that stage. And certainly had no training or ability. He hasn’t even met obi wan at that point
