Eminem must really not be used to live TV. Or, the view from the booth must be a new experience for him

So I was at that ASU-Wisconsin game.
Those passionless, ASU student body douchebags really believed they deserved to win that game. What a stupid ending to an otherwise great day.

They love him for some reason. He's never really a won big game and his defenses are heading in the wrong direction.doug rr wrote:I hope Bo Pelini gets canned in Nebraska soon...nice audio tape just surfaced with him telling the fans to fuck off and whatnot

Re: College Football
I'm a little nervous about Thursday...Hope Clemson remains focused and whips the Pack, but I know NC State has a history of upsets, including embarrassing Clemson two years ago, so this game has me nervous. Plus Clemson lost their second receiver (Charone Peake) for the year with a torn ACL, so that doesn't help matters.

Always good to see Ohio State get into the TEETH of that schedule.
Way to schedule Florida A&M Urban, I'm sure the faithful will love that band. What are we in week 4 they need a month of preseason games?

I don't think they're even bringing the band. Worst game in Ohio State history. Very happy the B1G isn't letting teams schedule these 1-AA teams after this year (or next).Electromatic wrote:Always good to see Ohio State get into the TEETH of that schedule.

Me too, while I like the occasional FCS upset (see Michigan). Better Competition is more entertaining

76-0. Pathetic. I agree with both of you, and I'll go further and say that no I-A team should schedule I-AA teams.

This was the week Vandy backed out of. Not sure that game would have been much better either.Green Habit wrote:76-0. Pathetic. I agree with both of you, and I'll go further and say that no I-A team should schedule I-AA teams.

Re: College Football
Schedules like these completely undermine the credibility of the argument that the college football season is too long and couldn't support a playoff because it would require adding games and playing throughout January.

It's not a valid argument anyway because they have playoffs on other levels and manage to get those done by the end of December.
The FCS makes the FBS squim or more than just the first month of the season.
