what other types of pastries do you grill pete?

also, i assume by grill you mean putting them on a griddle, not an actual charcoal or gas grill.

i like how pete just casually dropped that question, as if the 99.999999999% of the human populace that has had a grilled muffin before, let alone heard of one, would answer.

i made blueberry muffins last night from scratch. i kept them in about a minute too long (nothing terrible, just a little tough on the sides and bottoms). but man are they good. i did not grill them either.

I don't know about the city folk, but in rural Pennsylvania in 1988, a muffin was just another option at a local bakery

I imagine in rural areas muffins have always been a way of life, then at some point all the Broadway Joeys really put em on the map.
