they have been hinting at the War World Hulk storyline since they introduced Sakaar

while off on another planet the hulk overthrows the tyrant king and marries Cairera. the world is destroyed but not before Cairera gives birth to two sons unbeknownst to the Hulk. He vows to kill those who destroyed the world (the illuminati, blackbolt, mr fantastic, iron man, namor, dr strange, charles xavier) and damn near nearly does. once he stops his attack he is engaged in battle with the sentry and finally is taken into custody.


while this is the most basic of explanations if you are at all interested i would suggest picking up both trade paperbacks. the writing and art lettering and coloring are all top notch
