I had about a dozen raw. But most of the others here preferred them steamed. I smoked about two dozen as well and they were fantastic

I prefer raw oysters but they’re fantastic smoked as well.

Yeah that's who I use too. I love their salmon and herring and the octopus in hot sauce when I can get it

nice, i pretty much got a couple of all of them...pretty excited for that hot octopus

Just made a pot of New England clam chowder. It was my first time making it with actual live clams (7 lbs of littlenecks (expensive in the Midwest)). It turned out really well. And it was pretty easy.
