Only when it feels really mean-spirited. Most non-"PC" jokes I can write off. But the last act of Ace Ventura is a good example of one that feels particularly gross. It leaves a bad taste for me.
Ace Ventura 2: When Nature Calls is a better movie anyway

I feel that any kind of problem those movied had, i kinda already knew back in the day. And i still enjoy them.

No, I didn't really think about whether jokes were mean-spirited as a kid. Kids are cruel!

not always, but often; when I was a child all I knew of trans women was as monsters or the stuff of jokes; it affected me, as someone who would find she was one, so if there's that stuff in it, I find it very difficult to watch now

hardly anything, it is practically perfect in every way
I wish I could say the same for Wayne's World 2 but I still like it

Wayne's World 2 is better than 1
Ace Ventura 1 is a lot better than 2 (they didn't understand the character in 2)
Mallrats is a nice little movie that I can still look back fondly at, though it's very dated.
Nobody asked and this has nothing to do with anything but The Addams Family 2 is a lot better than 1.
Who's Alanis?

They got it all wrong! In the first movie, he's not a moron. He's a misunderstood genius who often plays the fool to trick people into letting their guard down.
In the second movie, he's just an idiot clown stumbling and bumbling his way from one wacky setpiece to the next. Z-grade comedy.

It’s not unusual for a character to become more and more one note or even a parody of themselves from movie to movie or season to season. It’s not so much not understanding the character it’s laziness.
