Not so much a diet as just trying to start eating better. I would like to work my way toward the Mediterranean diet, but Mrs Wease’s tastes will never let me go all the way.

i have this really great Mediterranean cookbook from America's Test Kitchen. I cook from it a lot. One thing that I quickly realized is that that diet can get pretty expensive. But it's super healthy (very little meat, and lots of beans, fish, legumes, and vegetables).

leftovers from the weekend but I am putting a 6 lb prime rib in the oven today only to turn it into french dips tomorrow..i might save a small slice for me and mrs...

we're so meated out right now..tonight is a big wedge salad and i bought an artichoke to make as well...
