My god yes. These two shows were some of my favorite. Grand Rapids in particular.
Only thing they've released from that tour is the documentary
Toledo seems like a no brainer. And fuck i wanna see that doc today

Since 2000 the following shows have NOT been released in the official bootleg program
Santa Barbara '03.
Shows from VFC tour '04
House of Blues '05
Astoria - UK '06.
Whole tour from '07.
Alpine Valley '11.
Philadelhia '12
All worthy of a Vault release, all would have been a better choice than Moline
The 4 Seattle December 2002 shows also. Not groundbreaking but they were recorded. A friend of mine spoke to Brett the day after the show and he said they were recorded and were going to be released. I don't what changed in the months that followed.
And the House of Blues show from 2003. Hollywood 2006.
Updated the list:
Since 2000 the following shows have NOT been released in the official bootleg program
Seattle '02
House of Blues Florida '03
Santa Barbara '03.
Shows from VFC tour '04
House of Blues Chicago '05
Astoria - UK '06.
Hollywood '06
Whole tour from '07.
Alpine Valley '11.
Philadelphia '12
Now how to make sure the 10C will see this list....

Has Chicago House of Blues from 2002 been released?
Stone cardboard cutout?
ha ha. yes!
that was a weird, but super fun show. i loved hearing them road test the new songs from riot act.

What's the deal with the 07 tour, why aren't those shows available?

Just never put them out. They were still tinkering with the format at that point, I guess. Switched from CDs in stores in 2000 to cds for fan club in 2003 to just digital in 2006. 2008 was the first year of cd and digital for each show.
Haven't seen many clamoring for them. Had the fan boots for a while and never had the urge to revisit them.
Anyone listen recently have an opinion of the shows?

I don't remember them at all.
I saw them every year from 03 to 06 and stopped in 07 until 2014. Too many avocado songs I think.

If I remember correctly, 2007 was very sparse in the US. I think it was just the Vic show and Lollapalooza. Lollapalooza I think was release digitally somewhere and the Vic is part of the vault series.
They may have toured Europe that year. Maybe they didn’t think there was a market? I am not sure why this never got released if it happened?

I think Brett Eliason was busy doing other projects for a few years after 2006 too.
When they restarted the bootlegs in 2008, they had someone else mixing them and they sounded like garbage and Brett didn't return until 2011.

yeah, the 2008 boots sound awful.
Lolla 07 is a great boot. It was released on Itunes i think? I burnt in on cd and also printed the artwork.

My first show was London in 2007. Would be nice to get an official boot one day.

every song played in 2007 was played even faster than in 2006, and eddie's voice was shot from the 2006 tour and never really fully recovered.
i'd much rather see a 2004 show get a release.
a "vault" release of a show that was already fully officially released is absurd.

Nah, they appear to have recorded a lot of stuff before 2000, including at least Berlin and Barcelona from that 96 tour and plenty in 95.
They wouldn't record if it wasn't allowed or if there was an outrageous fee involved.
The issue that always comes up is that the shows aren't "complete" because of tape changes.
A lot of bands overcome this by recording a 2-track mix somehow as a safety to capture everything for posterity and then splicing it into the mix where the multi-track ran out.
But Pearl Jam seems to have a weird aversion to splicing two sources together like that even when there is a nice alternate source available.
And even then, it's not like they couldn't release a bunch of shows that are only 98% complete anyway.
So basically they are just being retards.

Just release the incomplete shows and tack on some soundchecks and everyone will be happy

Why do you think Barcelona 96 was recorded?

They at least recorded Smile for the Christmas single.

I suspect there's still plenty of pre-2000 stuff they could release, even probably complete shows.
They seem quite bizarrely fixated on releasing shows with some kind of novelty element however, e.g. the No Code setlist of Moline 2014; the "Mamason" Seattle 1993 show (when it's otherwise a pretty uncharacteristically mediocre show for the time); the Las Vegas 1993 show with the Green River reunion encore, etc.
