Michey, I was talking about Mr. Quintessential over here. You're a breath of fresh air by comparison.

Decemberists ?
I’ve got no problems with any of these.
Other than The Decemberists, who are not music but rather garbage.
I love Decemberists, but this made me guffaw.
I’d go with Crane Wife 1 & 2, maybe.
It's Chimbley Sweep.
Didn't want to bottom page myself
this is probably correct, if only for the tweeness of "chimbley"
What does "tweeness" mean?
Excessively or affectedly quaint, pretty, or sentimental.
I see.
Not sure I agree.

I think even if I agree with everything you ever posted, you'd still hate me. You're such a miserable shit.

Going to Starbucks isn't very Marxist, I prefer Dunkins.

Just working with what y'all give me, homie.
Probably a waste of time telling you to quit being such a pussy, but you should really front up with your own picks.

That little trip down Decemberists memory lane also gave me Soma's email address/real name, which is...weird.

We should really delete the old board.

Like everyone who had a Livejournal in 2005, I went through a Decemberists phase. I can't really stand listening to them much these days but they have a few songs I still really like, such as the January and June hymns, "Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect," and "The Drowned" from The Hazards of Love. I think Meloy writes really nice ballads

This is clearly the correct thing to do but the admins won't listen to me

I'm not miserable at all. I'm contributing. You're just getting exasperated while bringing nothing to the table.

I am loathe to admit this but "Grace Cathedral Hill" can still get it imo.

I can see a number of people rating TV On the Radio's Return to Cookie Mountain highly in that thread, which is nice.

Good album I haven't wanted to go back to in a while. "Wolf Like Me" still kicks.
