Thank you, bud. Not sure on the assessed value, but I could probably get $180k for it. I would need to put a little money into it though.

It’s just the faucet. I bought a new one a few weeks ago, so I’ll probably get it installed by next January.

yup. theres a 4 bedroom 2 bath for like 150. its killing me not to jump on it. though it looks like someone snatched it up

there is this one thats just a touch higher at 215
