I've read articles and anecdotes several times over the years stating his pronunciation in Breaking Bad and BCS are "horrible." I know nothing.

I'm just suggesting a word for when you think someone is of Latin descent, but you're not sure how much they identify that way and you don't know what country they're from. And frankly, you know very little about their personal life at all other than they probably have some Central or South American heritage.

Maybe Latinos should wear a little badge or something to make them more easy to identify.
