10 club members going off cause "green bands" got let in when we did even though they shouldn't have. I mean I get it, you don't get much for your money from 10C. But small sacrifice on the night.
These same people had no issue pushing past me and my 15 year old daughter to get slightly closer.
My experience of Australian 10C fans is that there’s barely any of them compared to the States but they’re wildly entitled and insufferable.

It’s their band and they won’t share them with anyone else.

Strange folks.
The particularly bitchy women and a bloke were Aussie. But there were some who weren't Aussie having a sook. One bloke was deadset having a meltdown when they moved us from Gate 2 to other side of venue. He actually ran up to me and yelled "Do you know what the fuck is going on? They've herded us out".
I, in fact, had no idea and was going for a stroll with my daughter to get out of all the people. We ended up accidently being towards the front of the 10-club line and I had no idea.
Tell you what though there was a surprising number of 10 club fans there last night.
I've been a fan club member since the nineties. So, I have two points of view. 1. These people can calm the fuck down and 2. The band don't owe you jack shit for your money except to try and hook you up, ain't no guarantees.
Gold Coast is the only show I bothered with 10C tickets. Really not a lot of point in being a member since at least 2006.

If he has an issue must be very specific as he played in some long jams last night.

He seems to be deliberately avoiding or minimising the faster, strummier guitar parts, at least that’s my impression.

He mentioned in that Bill Simmons interview that he struggles with tendonitis in his picking and strumming arm.

I think RVM is a struggle for him to play now, which is probably why he gets Andrew Watt to play it for him any chance he gets.
