Guys, I'm confused as to what is actually happening. Is there a new song getting revealed or just some artwork?

It's not horrible. The album artwork so far has been cool images mixed with tongue-in-cheek comic-book elements. The speech bubbles would go with that, stylistically. It certainly isn't great but I didn't expect any better from FD.
