New Birtherism dropped: Harris is ineligible because her parents weren't naturalized at the time of her birth (or something along those lines). Would "Native Born" mean something that would disqualify most of the founders?

Of course this version of birtherism is particularly absurd since she was born in the U.S., thus a natural born citizen and eligible to be president.
