I just listened to this three times in a row. About to do a fourth. This is heroin. I'm shocked.

P.S. The enjoyment of this song by certain parties shows - RM Hipsterism in it's fullest.

You know, this wasn't half as bad as I was expecting. Then again, I've never heard the uke version of the song.

I silk say this song has hardly ANY real country qualities. It sounds more like an Everly Brothers song from the 50's

This was so bad i'd rather chop my own cock off than listen to it again. I seriously considered deleting it permanently from my computer, but who knows, one day I might lose the need for my cock.

There you go, I'm feeling the same over here... I've listening to the whole thing in the car, and while I've repeated most of them, SBM has definitely been repeated the most.
Probably biased from the start 'cause it was my favorite from Ukulele Songs.

The Everly Brothers had a lot of country influences, so that's an apt comparison

Influences sure, I just don't hear any of the actual 'alt-country' comparisons some early reviews claimed.
Maybe it's because I actually do listen to a shit ton of "alt-country"? idk

i don't know if i like how they artificially lengthened the song by adding the solo and repeating the bridge lyrics.. seems a little awkward and forced.
the song's not terrible, but yea, fuck you BoB for forcing it on the album.

After four years, you recycle a song that I have to pay twice for now. C'mon man.
