Yes! I prefer that. I want 4th and goal to be a gamble. I want field position battles. Defense is already playing with both hands tied behind their backs. Can’t touch a qb. A great hit over the middle is now a penalty for hitting a defenseless receiver. Chasing down a guy and grabbing his collar is a penalty. I understand it’s all about player safety, but the game barely resembles what it was 20 years ago. Also, no way defenders’ necks and backs aren’t compromised by the tush push. Does anyone care about their safety or are they too universally big and black?

per usual there is talk of rogers having a liking to sign with the steelers. (also sam darnold) but then you have the russ connection. then you have fields upside. now you just spent half your cap space on metcalf so can you afford russ, while till having to pay pickens and tj?
