I'm so confused. I kind of enjoy it in the same way I enjoy silly pop songs on the radio but this time I would not object if someone said it sounded like Kelly Clarkson or Hoobastank. I...I just don't know. I will report back later.

This song seems to be about death and appreciating loved ones while you can. For me its a personal subject as I spent 18 minutes on the other side and really have no business being here. This song is perfect for me and hits me right in the heart. On a side note it seems like there are a lot of you that hate everything they've put out recently and maybe its time to move on...I dont come here often and never post because of the constant negativity....but for me this is one of the best songs i've heard in years from any band

That's about as good a reason as any for appreciating this song. I guess if you're in the right place it's gonna work. If you're not, it won't.

I would like to hear a demo or an acoustic version of this song. That little riff that Mike plays in the chorus in that video from yesterday was lovely, it´s buried in the 80´s production here.

not feeling it. has a pretty funny power ballad solo (80s!).
